The First Visit Rule
Melissa’s advocacy is provided at $0 net cost to you. Builder commissions are non-negotiable and already baked into the home’s purchase price. If you go unrepresented, the builder simply retains that margin as additional profit.
Important: To secure this protection, Melissa must accompany you on your very first visit to the community. If you register alone, the builder’s policy prohibits adding representation later, ultimately forfeiting your access to independent oversight.
